Villa Alba is a recently restored villa in the heart of the Valdichiana Valley, few kms far from the Etruscan town of Cortona.The complex is made by the owner's villa and the detachment house which will be at guests' disposal. The dependence is a stone private villa furnished following the typical tuscan style but with modern comforts such as air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, wasching machine and solarium. The house has a private garden completely fenced and an amazing pool 5x10 metres with a depth of 1,20 m up to 2,10 metres.The garden has also outdoors furniture, gazebo, private parking and outdoor shower.

The villa is 160 m2 and it is divided in two floors:
On the ground floor there is a dining room with two sitting rooms with sta tv, a double bedroom with bathroom, the kitchen and another double bedroom with a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor you can find a double bedroom with bathroom and another bedroom with 2 single beds.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
