A tastefully decorated, pretty stone town- house, situated in the heart of the historical centre of Cortona, in a side quiet street of Via Dardano. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the life of the town feeling at home at the same time.
The entrance is on the ground floor going directly up the stairs to the FIRST FLOOR where there is a light, airy living room with a satellite TV, a modern cream wooden kitchen with table, chairs, dishwasher and microwave and a bathroom with shower. The whole first floor has traditional terracotta tiles.
An open staircase leads up to the SECOND FLOOR where there are two double bedrooms both provided with air conditioning with a supplement , on request, and a second bathroom with shower. The second floor has laminate flooring.
A steep open staircase leads up to the THIRD FLOOR ATTIC ROOM with laminate flooring, sloping ceilings and a Velux window. Furnished with a double sofa bed.
Facilities: all linen, towels and bedding are provided. Hair dryer, free WiFi. The final cleaning is included in the price.
Extra services upon request/Supplements
- Daily Cleaning . 10 euro per hour
- Air conditioning , 5 euro per day
LOCATION:
The House is in a side street of Via Dardano, one of the main streets of the Town, in the center. Quiet location and at the same time the nearest shops are literally on your doorstep
Nearby there are restaurants, coffee shops, traditional ceramics, hairdresser’s, a mini market, boutiques, jewelers and much more
TRAIN STATION:
From the train station in Camucia, the house can be reached by a short bus or taxi ride of 3km.
There is a public car park 100/150 metres from the house
